Find answers about publishing design contests, receiving verified proposals, payments, finalists, winners and deliverables.

Clients

When is a contest activated?

A contest is activated when the client completes the initial payment. This initial payment opens the call and starts the ConcursArq operating process.

When are proposals unlocked?

Complete protected proposals are unlocked only after the contest submission stage has ended, proposals have been verified and the final payment has been completed.

Are the proposals construction-ready documents?

No. ConcursArq focuses on conceptual design proposals. Technical construction documents, permits, engineering and local code compliance must be handled by qualified professionals according to the project location.

How are certificates generated?

Certificates are issued according to the contest result, such as participation, finalist status or winning proposal, once the contest reaches the corresponding stage.

Can I request adjustments from finalists?

Yes. When the flow allows it, the client can open one final adjustment round with private observations for finalist proposals.

Can I see everything before completing the final payment?

No. Before the final payment, the platform protects designers’ work with limited signals, protected previews or locked views.

Who chooses the winning proposal?

The client chooses the winning proposal after reviewing the verified submissions and selecting the available finalists.
